It is important to note that this aquarium pump is submersible and must be fully submerged in water before powering on to prevent burning out. Avoid running the pump without water as it can shorten its lifespan and cause loud noises if operated in the air for an extended period. When changing water, always disconnect the power supply. If the water pump gets stuck due to mud, garbage, sea salt, etc., make sure to clean it with clean water before use. The operating temperature range is between 40-95℉.

All pumps undergo professional water testing by our manufacturer before shipment. If you notice a small amount of water in the pump upon receipt, do not worry, as it is a normal occurrence from the testing process. The inner shaft contains a small amount of lubricant to ensure the motor functions properly. For those raising sensitive fish or aquatic plants, it is recommended to use the pump in other tanks briefly before moving it to the main fish tank. If the pump stops working suddenly or makes unusual noises, it may be due to blockage by debris. Regular cleaning or adding some olive oil to the rotor can help resolve this issue.
